Terms of use
Along connects travelers with independent local hosts. When you book, your agreement for the experience itself is with the host; Along handles the booking, payment and support.
Prices are shown per person and include taxes unless stated. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time. If a host cancels, we’ll rebook you or refund you in full within 48 hours.
Hosts agree to describe their experiences honestly, keep groups to the size listed and treat every guest with respect. We remove listings that don’t.
Privacy
We collect what we need to run your bookings: your name, email, payment details and the messages you exchange with hosts. Hosts only see your first name and what you choose to share.
We never sell your personal data. You can download or delete your account data at any time from your profile settings, or by writing to privacy@along.travel.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your saved experiences. With your permission, we also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages help people find a good host.
You can change your cookie choices at any time from the link in the footer, and blocking optional cookies won’t affect bookings.
